Royal Tee Poms Contract

I, Angela Blocker, take a deposit or full amount of puppy/dog on the amount stated below, on the puppy/dog named below. The deposit is a promise to buy the puppy/dog, and a promise from Royal Tee Poms to hold the puppy.  If for any reason the buyer changes his/her mind on the puppy/dog that they have chose, they can pick another puppy when one is available.  If buyer chooses not to pick another puppy/dog, they lose the deposit they put down on the puppy/dog.  The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If puppy is being purchased the full balance on the puppy/dog must be paid by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age.  If balance is not paid within this time frame, deposit will not be refunded and Royal Tee Poms gains all rights and ownership of the puppy/dog. Buyer will have 72 hours after pick up or arrival at airport to have puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian.  In the unlikely event that a health problem with the puppy/dog is discovered and a written diagnois is supplied to Royal Tee Poms from a licensed veterinarian, puppy/dog may be returned to Royal Tee Pomeranians for a full refund of the price of puppy/dog listed below only, no shipping charges will be refunded.  NO TRANSPORTATION CHAREGES WILL BE REFUNDED. Under no circumstances will a refund be available after the 72 hours. If sold as a show prospect a replacement is the only option when one becomes available.  No rufund will be given at any time after the 72 hour guarantee.. There is no guarantee on size of puppy when puppy/dog is grown.  I try to give my honest opinion on what I think the puppy/dog will be, but is not a guarantee on size.  Puppy/dog is sold as pet only unless stated on this contract. All puppy/ dog are sold with limited AKC Registration unless otherwise noted on this contract. The buyer has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them.

Buyer will have 72hrs upon receiving puppy/dog in which to have the dog/puppy inspected by a veternarian.  After this time has expired, the seller is not obligated to return the full purchase price.
